Can I open the Word delivery challan in Google Docs?
Yes. The tables and borders are standard, so nothing collapses on import. The one thing to check afterwards is page size — Docs may open it as US Letter, so set File → Page setup to A4 before printing.
Can I change the field names on the Word challan?
Yes, all of them. Rule 55 specifies the information a challan must carry, not the wording of the labels, so you can rename Consignor to Sender or add your own reference field. Keep the required information present and you are compliant.
