Are these transport formats really free?
Yes. Every format on this page downloads without a sign-up, an email address or a watermark. They are ours to give away — we make our money from the software that replaces them once a fleet outgrows paper.
Which format does an Indian transporter actually need?
At minimum: a lorry receipt per consignment, a delivery challan for anything moving without an invoice, and a transport bill to get paid for the month. Add a trip sheet if you want to know what each trip actually cleared, a driver salary receipt at month end, and a vehicle log book for mileage history per truck.
Can I edit these formats and put my own letterhead on them?
