Every leg of every trip matched against the GPS trail. Loaded, unloaded, stopped, idling — each stop timed and measured. When the trip sheet says 292 km and GPS says 340 km, the 48 km of unaccounted diesel is on your screen the same day.

Why the per-truck rate rises rather than falls. Bigger tiers are not the same product at a volume price — they include Mythos AI. Transporter adds the AI Analyst, and above 100 trucks a Mythos Intelligence review is repeated every year. Both are otherwise quoted per engagement. If you would rather buy the app alone at any fleet size, say so and we will price it that way.

Monthly billing is 2.5× the annual price — we keep annual the recommended path. We don't lock you in; if anything breaks in month one, full refund, no questions.

What is Fleetbooks?

Fleetbooks is the intelligence and operations app for Indian fleet operators. Per-trip P&L with margin flagging, daily EMI vs EBITDA, monthly statement — plus trip sheets (handwritten OCR in every Indian language), GPS reconciliation, e-challan tracking, permit reminders, driver bata payouts. AI runs in the background — OCR, reconciliation, and reminders.

How does the trip-sheet OCR work?

You photograph the trip sheet on your phone. Fleetbooks reads the vernacular fields — date, vehicle, driver, pickup, drop, material, weight in tons, rate per ton, odometer start and end, shed commission, loading and unloading charges, weighbridge — and creates a structured trip record. You confirm and save in roughly 10 seconds. Handwritten Tamil and Hindi are supported today; other Indian languages roll out on request.

How does GPS reconciliation work?

Fleetbooks ingests GPS feeds from common Indian tracker brands. Each trip is matched stop by stop to the GPS trail. You see loaded, unloaded, stopped and idling time, and the actual kilometres driven versus what the driver reported. Unaccounted kilometres surface as fuel-theft alerts the same day.

How is Fleetbooks different from BlackBuck, Fr8, or WheelsEye?

BlackBuck and Fr8 are load-matching and freight-payment platforms — they help you find loads and settle payments. WheelsEye is a GPS-and-telematics platform. None of them produce a per-trip P&L, daily EMI vs EBITDA, or the operations modules (e-challans, permits, driver bata). Fleetbooks complements them: keep BlackBuck/Fr8 for load discovery, keep WheelsEye for GPS, run Fleetbooks for everything else.

Does Fleetbooks handle EMI tracking and finance costs?

Yes. Term-loan interest per truck appears in the Expenses module, flows into Finance Costs in the P&L, and the Fleet Intelligence chart plots your daily EMI burn target against actual cumulative EBITDA for the running cycle.

How much does Fleetbooks cost in INR?

Fleet is ₹299 per truck per month for up to 25 trucks, billed annually (₹3,588 / truck / year); a single truck is ₹99 per month. Transporter is ₹449 per truck per month for 26 to 100 trucks (₹5,388 / truck / year) and includes the Mythos AI Analyst. Above 100 trucks starts at ₹649 per truck per month on an annual agreement, and adds a Mythos Intelligence review every year. The per-truck rate rises with the tier because the larger tiers include Mythos AI, which is otherwise quoted per engagement — not because volume costs more. If you want the app on its own at any fleet size, ask and we will price it that way. Monthly billing is available at 2.5× the annual rate. GST extra. No setup fee. No lock-in.

Where is Fleetbooks data hosted?
