Mythos AI · Intelligence
Which lanes to run is one of them. Whether overloading actually pays is another. Mythos Intelligence is the intelligence layer that reads your whole operation and prices the decisions you currently make on instinct.
Fixed scope, fixed fee — quoted before we start. Work we deliver, not software you rent.

Why nobody knows this already
Freight rate is easy — it's written down. The true cost of a lane is scattered across a diesel bill, a FASTag statement, a bata register, a loading receipt and the empty run home. Nobody running four trucks has time to join those five things by hand, every month, for every route. That join is the whole job.
01 · Collect
Diesel, tolls, bata, loading, weighbridge, repairs and EMI — attached to the trip that caused them, not smeared across the month.
02 · Reconcile
Trip sheet says 292 km, GPS says 340. The 48 km of unaccounted diesel gets attributed to the lane and the driver that caused it.
03 · Rank
Lanes sorted by what they clear, with a floor rate under each one — so the next call from an agent has a number behind it.
What it answers
Every one of these gets made in your fleet every week, and almost always on instinct. Each comes back with a rupee figure attached, not an opinion. These are the ones that come up most — how many we can answer for you depends on what your records hold.
Every route priced after diesel, tolls, bata, loading, detention and the empty return leg — then a floor rate under each one, by season, so an agent's call has a number behind it.
The extra tonnage earns more on the trip. Against it: challan risk, higher diesel per kilometre, faster tyre and suspension wear. Both versions of the same trip get priced from your own fine and fuel records — on some lanes overloading pays, on others it has been quietly losing money for years.
Profit per active day by driver, not revenue. The top biller is often not the top earner — on one fleet the gap ran to ₹12,616 over 40 trips, all of it sitting in loading fees.
Trip-sheet kilometres reconciled against the GPS trail, trip by trip. When the sheet says 292 km and the trail says 340, that 48 km of unaccounted diesel is named and priced the same day.
Working days against calendar days, per truck. A lorry parked 17 days out of 31 still owes EMI, insurance and permit money — that gap is usually where a "good" month quietly went.
Unclaimed input tax credit on diesel, tyres, spares and AMC, and depreciation treated at the wrong rate. Both recoverable, both routinely missed because nobody has the line-item detail to claim them.
What we need from you
Nobody has to start keeping new records. Handwritten trip sheets in Tamil or Hindi are the normal case here, not the exception — photograph them and send.
Roughly two weeks from the point we have your records, depending on fleet size. You'll hear about the obvious leaks well before the full board is done.
What one review found
Veerapathra Transport, Thanjavur. Two drivers, 78 days, 40 trips. Kumar brought in ₹846 more revenue per trip than Senthil — and cost ₹12,616 more in profit. The entire gap sat in loading and unloading charges, a line most owners never separate.
Nothing was stolen and nobody lied. The number simply lived in five places at once.

It is the intelligence layer over your fleet — a Mythos AI solution, not a software subscription. You send your trip sheets and cost records; every trip gets priced, and the recurring decisions come back with rupee figures against them: which lanes to run, whether overloading pays on a given route, which driver actually earns, where the diesel went, what idle days cost, what tax you are not claiming. How many we can answer depends on what your records support. Fixed scope, fixed fee, agreed before we start.
The app is software you run yourself — you photograph trip sheets and it keeps your books, from ₹99 per truck per month. Mythos Intelligence is work we do for you: we do the reading, the reconciliation and the analysis, and tell you what to change. Many fleets start with Mythos Intelligence to see what is there, then move onto the app once the numbers are theirs. Neither requires the other.
Three months of trip sheets photographed on a phone, plus whatever cost records you keep — diesel bills, toll or FASTag statements, bata and loading entries. A GPS export helps but is not required. Handwritten records in Tamil or Hindi are fine; that is the normal case, not the exception.
Typically about two weeks from the point we have your records, depending on fleet size and how complete the paperwork is. You get a first read on the obvious leaks well before the full board.
No. The lane board and the findings are yours regardless. If you want the analysis to keep running month after month rather than as a one-off, that is when the app makes sense.
Fixed scope and fixed fee, quoted before any work starts, based on fleet size and how many months you want covered. Message us on WhatsApp with your truck count and we will give you the number.
No. The work has been done for fleets of three trucks and for fleets of twenty. Smaller fleets tend to have proportionally larger leaks, because nobody has ever had time to line-item the costs.
Photograph them on your phone and message them across. We'll come back with what your lanes are actually earning you — and what it's costing to keep running the bad ones.
